The project involves the design of a mainly residential building, consisting of an office space on the ground floor/pilotis, and flats ranging from 55-115 sqm on the floors above and a duplex penthouse on the last two floors. The architectural elements that define the exterior spaces create a semi open shell that extends the internal spaces to the outside.
