Housing complex

The project involves a housing complex, consisting of 21 housing units in total. The housing units are categorized into 3 different types, in respect to their size, shape and their place on the plan. The organization of the plan is designed in accordance with the lake coast and the natural ground slope, allowing the housing units to be exposed to the lake view. The design also offers a smooth circulation path among the several units of the housing complex, enabling a functional and united residential system with respect to each unit’s private needs. The planted ground areas, the green rooftops and the wooden facades give a natural harmony to the housing complex, unfolding in the lake coast.
